The Bureau provides advice that is free, confidential, impartial and independent.

If you need advice about any subject including debts, benefits, employment, housing, relationship issues then we can help you.

The WDCAB operates out of two offices, one in Winchester city, one in Bishops Waltham and by outreach locations in Alresford, Denmead and Wickham.

  • Have you thought about changing your energy supplier?

    Our Chief Officer, Natalie Webb saved £180 when she switched suppliers recently. One of our volunteers saved £300! How much could you save?   • Low Cost Christmas 2015

    Winchester City Council, Citizens Advice Winchester District and The Great Waste are glad to announce the Low Cost Christmas Campaign for 2015 which encourages everyone to reduce the amount of waste and debt generated this Christmas.

    The campaign, which aims to help us all save money this holiday and think carefully about how to cut out waste, provides a comprehensive set of tips and advice on how to keep costs down. The advice focuses on 6 different topics: food, presents, cards, parties, keeping warm and decorations.
